• We’re evaluating the product, not you. There are no right or wrong answers and you can’t make mistakes.

• We want to learn what works well and what could be improved

• Please think aloud while you test. Tell me what you’re trying to do. Say if anything feels confusing or surprising.

• I may stay quiet sometimes, that’s intentional to see what you would do if I was not here.
